Chocolate Fig Ravioli

I love figs - be it jam, in salads, or with cheese. When I saw Pastazerts chocolate ravioli with figs, I was excited to try it out. I am thrilled that there is a new way to try my favorite fruit. The filling is truly delicious and this is the kind of pasta dish I want to serve to friends, family, or just treat yourself! I will be ordering again! Great job, pastazerts!

I really love anything fig so had to try these. What truly impressed me was the complexity of the taste. The fig jam and cream cheese filling brought a delicate sweetness that played beautifully against the bittersweet chocolate outside. There were even small chunks of fig inside!
