Plate and Serve Chocolate Ravioli

How to plate & serve chocolate ravioli

Serving chocolate ravioli can be a delightful and indulgent dessert. Here's a basic guide on how to serve Pastazerts' flagship ravs.

Ingredients and Equipment:
1. Chocolate ravioli (Pastazerts' or homemade)
2. Chocolate sauce or Pastazerts fruity sauces
3. Optional toppings: powdered sugar, cocoa powder, chopped nuts, whipped cream, fresh berries, or mint leaves

Instructions:

1. Cook the Ravioli:
- If using fresh or frozen chocolate ravioli, follow the package instructions for cooking. Pan fry for a couple minutes each side to warm the ravioli. You can also air fry or oven bake for 2-3 minutes at 400 degrees. Be careful not to overcook them, as they can become too soft and the filling will overheat and leak out (and no one wants that!).

2. Sauce:
- Warm your chocolate sauce or ganache in a separate saucepan over low heat. If it's too thick, you can thin it out with a bit of milk or cream until you reach your desired consistency.

3. Plate the Ravioli:
- Arrange the warmed chocolate ravioli on serving plates or a platter.

4. Drizzle with Sauce:
- Generously drizzle the warm chocolate sauce or ganache over the ravioli. You can be as creative as you like with the presentation, but make sure each ravioli is well coated.

5. Add Toppings:
- Sprinkle your chosen toppings over the chocolate ravioli and sauce. Options include powdered sugar, cocoa powder, chopped nuts, whipped cream, fresh berries, or mint leaves. These toppings not only add flavor but also enhance the visual appeal.

6. Serve Immediately:
- Chocolate ravioli is best served warm, so serve it immediately after preparing it. The warm ravioli paired with the rich chocolate sauce creates a delicious contrast.

7. Optional Garnishes:
- For an extra touch of elegance, you can garnish the plate with a drizzle of Pastazert's raspberry sauce, a dusting of edible gold flakes, or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Remember that chocolate ravioli is a rich dessert, so portion sizes can be relatively small. This indulgent treat is perfect for special occasions or as a sweet ending to a gourmet meal. Enjoy!
