Plate and Serve Chocolate Ravioli

How to plate & serve chocolate ravioli

Serving chocolate ravioli can be a delightful and indulgent dessert. Here's a basic guide on how to serve Pastazerts' flagship desserts:

Ingredients
1. Pastazerts Chocolate ravioli
2. Chocolate sauce or a fruity sauce like strawberry or raspberry
3. Optional toppings: powdered sugar, cocoa powder, chopped nuts, whipped cream, fresh berries, or mint leaves

Serve cold or heat the ravioli:

  • The chocolate ravioli can be consumed right out of the package cold.
  • Follow the package instructions for heating. Pan fry for a couple minutes each side to warm the ravioli. You can also air fry or oven bake for 2-3 minutes at 400 degrees. Be careful not to overcook them, as they can become too soft and the filling will overheat and leak out (and no one wants that!).

Sauce:

  • Warm your chocolate sauce or ganache in a separate saucepan over low heat. If it's too thick, you can thin it out with a bit of milk or cream until you reach your desired consistency.

Plate the Ravioli:

  • Generously drizzle the sauce or ganache across the plate - be as creative as you like with the presentation.
  • Arrange the warmed chocolate ravioli on top of the sauce.
  • Add Toppings - sprinkle your chosen toppings over the chocolate ravioli and sauce. Options include powdered sugar, cocoa powder, chopped nuts, whipped cream, fresh berries, or mint leaves. These toppings not only add flavor but also enhance the visual appeal.
  • A scoop of ice cream is another option!

Remember that chocolate ravioli is a rich dessert, so portion sizes can be relatively small. This indulgent treat is perfect for special occasions or as a sweet ending to a gourmet meal. Enjoy!
