Pastazerts Launches Chocolate Cannoli Ravioli at Lunds & Byerlys
Pastazerts, a women-owned frozen dessert brand founded by Stephanie Berwick, has launched Chocolate Cannoli Ravioli and expanded into the Midwest with upscale retailer Lunds & Byerlys.
The new SKU builds on the company’s chocolate ravioli product line. Chocolate Cannoli Ravioli features chocolate pasta dough filled with a cannoli-inspired filling and chocolate flakes. The launch at Lunds & Byerlys marks Pastazerts’ first Midwest retail expansion.
In conjunction with the new flavor, the company introduced updated packaging designed to improve shelf visibility and clarify the product format.
“Cannoli is one of the most recognizable Italian desserts,” said Stephanie Berwick, Founder of Pastazerts. “This launch allowed us to expand our chocolate ravioli platform with a flavor that aligns with demand across both retail and foodservice channels.”
The expansion follows continued growth for the brand as it prepares for additional distribution in 2026.
